Colorectal cancer is preventable when detected early. If you’re 45 or older or have a family history of colorectal cancer, sign up for a screening today. Screenings are limited to one screening per year.

You will be given a collection kit to take home as a part of the colorectal screening. Instructions will be provided at the screening. It will be your responsibility to return the kit to CentraState Out-Patient Lab within 1 week after the screening.
