Learn CPR for adults, children and infants, how to help a choking victim, and how to use an AED. A great certification class for personal trainers, teachers, coaches, parents, babysitters, and anyone required to respond to emergencies and have a duty to act because of job responsibility. Students receive a 2-year certification card.

The ACLS Provider Course is designed for emergency, intensive care, or critical care personnel; emergency medical providers such as physicians, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, and respiratory therapists; or other professionals who may need to respond to a cardiovascular emergency.

A copy of your current AHA BLS certification card is required. 

All participants must bring a current AHA 2020 Student Manual to class and prerequisites must be completed prior to class. A copy of your passing results (70% or higher) must be submitted to the instructor at the beginning of class or you will be rescheduled.

Cost includes the Student Manual. The manual can be picked up at the Health Awareness Center between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or call for mailing arrangements. The Training Center highly suggests that the manual be picked up two weeks prior to class in order to complete the required prerequisites. Family and Friends CPR is a great class for anyone interested in learning CPR and how to help a choking victim. It includes skills for adults, children, and infants. This training is a relaxed atmosphere - great for new parents, grandparents, or the general community.
