Learn CPR for adults, children and infants, how to help a choking victim, and how to use an AED. A great certification class for personal trainers, teachers, coaches, parents, babysitters, and anyone required to respond to emergencies and have a duty to act because of job responsibility. Students receive a 2-year certification card.

The PALS Provider course is designed for pediatricians, emergency physicians, family physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers who initiate and direct advanced life support in pediatric emergencies.

A copy of your current AHA BLS is required.

All participants must bring a current AHA 2020 Student Manual to class, and prerequisites must be completed prior to class. A copy of your passing results (70% or higher) must be submitted to the instructor at the beginning of class, or you will be rescheduled.

Cost includes the student manual. The manual can be picked up at the Health Awareness Center between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or call for mailing arrangements. The training center highly suggests that the manual be picked up two weeks prior to class in order to complete the required pre-requisites.
