Family and Friends CPR is a great class for anyone interested in learning CPR and how to help a choking victim. It includes skills for adults, children, and infants. This training is a relaxed atmosphere - great for new parents, grandparents, or the general community.

This is a non-certification training course. No test required.

Cost includes a student manual that will be distributed in class or for pick up ahead of the class. Please contact the Health Awareness Center at 732-308-0570, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for pick up.

Wear comfortable clothing.

The American Heart Association (AHA) strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional material for this purpose.
