The loss of a loved one can be an overwhelming experience.  CentraState's grief support group, HEAL, aims to provide resources and support to help you cope and adjust to grief in a compassionate, non-judgmental space amongst people experiencing similar loss.  It is open to all adults who have lost a loved one; encouraging grievers to ask for and receive support, understanding, and empathy.

The group is held in person the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 3pm-4pm and faciliated by licensed social workers.
