This in-person tour is designed to give you an overview of your stay during what will be one of the most memorable days of your life.

Join us for refreshments and intimate conversation on all things pelvic health. Discover new solutions that free you from “enduring” pelvic health issues. Topics will include:

• What causes pain during sex?
• Learn how to do kegels and other pelvic floor strengthening exercises that can enhance intimacy, minimize incontinence and help prevent organ prolapse.
• Learn how hormone-related changes (before, during and after menopause) can magnify existing pelvic problems or even cause them.
• Q&A: Whether you ask about piddling when giggling or pain in the vulva, no topic is taboo.

The ACLS Provider Course is designed for emergency, intensive care, or critical care personnel; emergency medical providers such as physicians, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, and respiratory therapists; or other professionals who may need to respond to a cardiovascular emergency.

A copy of your current AHA BLS and ACLS certification cards is required.

All participants must bring a current AHA 2020 Student Manual to class and prerequisites must be completed prior to class. A copy of your passing results (70% or higher) must be submitted to the instructor at the beginning of class or you will be rescheduled.

Cost includes the Student Manual. The manual can be picked up at the Health Awareness Center between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or call for mailing arrangements. The Training Center highly suggests that the manual be picked up two weeks prior to class in order to complete the required prerequisites. Family and Friends CPR is a great class for anyone interested in learning CPR and how to help a choking victim. It includes skills for adults, children, and infants. This training is a relaxed atmosphere - great for new parents, grandparents, or the general community.

This is a non-certification training course. No test required.

This renewal certification course is for any healthcare professional including doctors, nurses, physician assistants, dentists, paramedics, EMTs, etc. who have a current BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Written and practical skills are required.
